Ralph Hargrow Mr. Hargrow is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience. He has served Molson Coors Brewing Company as global chief people officer since 2005. Prior to this role, Mr. Hargrow headed his own human resources consulting business servicing large multi-national companies in the U.S. Before he joined MCBC, Hargrow served in numerous executive capacities overseeing the implementation of corporate HR programs at large consumer companies including International Multifoods Corporation, and before that, Rollerblade Inc. Hargrow’s experience includes senior human resource management roles with Ryder System Ltd. and its Business- Aviation Division, Duquesne Light Company, Inc. and the Xerox Corporation.
