Molson Coors (UK & Ireland) has made Carling Zest, the limited edition summer lager from Carling, available on draught. The move follows a £2 million marketing campaign for the drink which was launched at the beginning of May.
Carling Zest draught is available nationwide across independent on trade and multiple fascia’s within the M&B estate including Sizzling Pubs, Oaktree Pubs and Ember Inns.
The launch will be supported in outlets by premium branded point-of-sale materials as well as Carling Zest branded fonts, plaques and glassware. There will also be an email free pint giveaway through M&B outlets.
Launched in March, Carling Zest has a light citrus flavour and 2.8% ABV. It was initially launched in bottles in UK off-trade and on-trade outlets, now it will be available on draught to buy until the end of September.

It is expected that pub-garden gatherings will be one of the most popular occasions for consumers to drink Carling Zest. The beer is an alternative to popular summer drinks such as rose wines and ciders and consumer insight shows it appeals to both male and female drinkers.
The launch of Carling Zest makes Molson Coors the first major brewer to create a new 2.8% ABV beer under a major brand name. To achieve Carling Zest’s refreshing taste, Molson Coors has drawn on its significant technical know-how of low-ABV brewing, which comes from its experience in brewing beers with lower alcohol content such as Carling C2.
