How Does Custom Reporting Work?
There are two ways to create your custom Molson Coors corporate responsibility report. You can browse the Responsibility section of our website and select Add to My Report for topics that interest you; or, you can go to our custom report builder (link to report builder page) and check the box next to each topic to prepare a report built just for you.

Governance
In 2012, Molson Coors made significant enhancements to our governance of corporate responsibility, all designed to further integrate this dimension of our business, “Our Beer Print,” into every function and geography while improving both accountability, results and reporting.
First, we adopted a new strategic goal for achievement by 2015: To improve Our Beer Print to create a competitive advantage for our brands and customers. We celebrated achievement of our “big hairy audacious goal” or BHAG to be recognized for world class corporate responsibility, demonstrated by being named the global beverage sector leader on the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index in 2012/13.
Second, we strengthened the Corporate Responsibility Council, chartered in 2012 by the Executive Leadership Team. The CR Council has accountability for delivering performance in the strategic, operational and commercial areas of the business. The Council meets quarterly and is comprised of senior leaders who each report to a member of the Executive Leadership Team. It is championed by the Global Chief Legal and HR Officer and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer. The Council sets targets, measures and reports performance and builds the company’s goal to improve Our Beer Print to create competitive advantage for our brands and our customers.

Third, we tightened and integrated our internal review and reporting. Corporate responsibility key performance indicators are integrated into the monthly company performance review by the Executive Leadership Team, the company quarterly report to all leaders and quarterly communication to all employees. The Board of Directors also reviews CR performance as part of their overall company performance oversight. Twice a year, the Board undertakes a deeper dive into a corporate responsibility topic of particular importance or relevance.
Finally, we began integration of our Central European business including our commitments to corporate responsibility. Our Beer Print training was provided to top leadership in 2012, and rolled out to all employees as part of Our Brew in early 2013.
