Rahul Goyal

Business Experience:
Mr. Goyal has been Molson Coors’ President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2025. Prior to his current position, Mr. Goyal served as Chief Strategy Officer of Molson Coors Beverage Company, since 2019, and prior to that the Chief Corporate Strategy, M&A and Venturing Officer since 2015. Since starting with Coors Brewing Company in 2001 as a Project Manager, Mr. Goyal has held leadership roles in the US, UK and India, including Chief Information Officer in the UK from 2009 to 2011 and Chief Financial Officer and Board Member from 2011 to 2015 in India. Mr. Goyal’s expertise includes strategy, long-range planning, M&A, finance and technology.
Education:
Mr. Goyal holds an engineering degree from Mysore University and an MBA in Business and IT from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business
Brian Erhardt
CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER OF MOLSON COORS NORTH AMERICA
Business Experience:
Prior to his current role, Mr. Erhardt served as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer for MillerCoors, the U.S. division of Molson Coors. He joined the company in 2002 and has held a variety of roles including director of supply chain, director of strategy, vice president of strategy, sales and distributor operations chief of staff, vice president of revenue management and regional vice president of sales. Prior to Molson Coors, Mr. Erhardt also held positions at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Seyfert Foods and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Education:
Mr. Erhardt earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in strategy and operations from the University of Michigan.
Tracey Joubert
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
MOLSON COORS
Business Experience:
Prior to her current role, Ms. Joubert served as the chief financial officer and executive vice president of MillerCoors from 2012 to November 2016. She served previously as vice president of finance, planning and analysis and controller since the formation of MillerCoors in 2008. Prior to joining MillerCoors, Ms. Joubert served as director of finance and group services at Miller Brewing Company and held various finance positions at SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa. Before joining the beer industry, she was financial manager at Barloworld, Ltd. and articled at KPMG South Africa.
Education:
Ms. Joubert holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. She passed the Public Accountants and Auditors Board exams in 1989.
Natalie Maciolek
CHIEF LEGAL & GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS OFFICER & CORPORATE SECRETARY

Business Experience:
Prior to joining Molson Coors, Ms. Maciolek served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Kohler Co. Prior to joining Kohler Co., she was a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP in Milwaukee. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin.
Education:
Ms. Maciolek earned her bachelor’s degree in government from Georgetown University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Dave Osswald
CHIEF PEOPLE AND CULTURE OFFICER

Business Experience:
Prior to his current role, Mr. Osswald served as chief people and diversity officer for MillerCoors, the U.S. division of Molson Coors. Prior to entering that role, he served as associate general counsel supporting the human resources and integrated supply chain organizations at MillerCoors. Before joining Molson Coors in 2006, Mr. Osswald was in-house counsel for The Marcus Corporation and was an attorney in the law firm Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren.
Education:
Mr. Osswald earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Michelle St. Jacques
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Business Experience:
Prior to her current role, Ms. St. Jacques served as the chief marketing officer for Molson Coors and Miller Coors. Before joining the company in 2019, she held various roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including leading global brands and marketing capabilities across the organization. Before her time at Kraft Heinz, Ms. St. Jacques held a variety of sales and marketing roles at Unilever and SC Johnson in the U.S. and globally.
Education:
Ms. St. Jacques holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Phil Whitehead
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Business Experience:
Prior to his current role, Mr. Whitehead served as Managing Director of Western Europe for Molson Coors Beverage Company for nearly a decade. Before holding that role, he served as the European Supply Chain Director, overseeing supply chain functions for a dozen European markets. With nearly two decades of experience within the business, Mr. Whitehead has played a critical role in the company’s international business, overseeing the successful launch of Madri Excepcional, the growth of its above premium portfolio with brands like Staropramen, Pravha and Cobra and the business’ expansion beyond beer with the acquisition of Aspall Cyder. Prior to Molson Coors, Mr. Whitehead also held roles with PwC, AAH Pharmaceuticals and Boots UK and served as the former Chair of the British Beer and Pub Association.
Education:
Mr. Whitehead earned a bachelor of arts degree in business and commerce from Nottingham Trent University.
