Celso is an executive with 30 years of global experience in the food and beverage industry. He gained experience working in companies such as Silgan White Cap, M&M/Mars, Campbell Soup Company, and PepsiCo. During his time with CPG businesses, he gained significant expertise in global supply chain and operations, strategic planning, process technology, and new process/product innovation.
Celso is responsible for leading all aspects of Supply Chain, including strategy development and all Breweries for Molson Coors Brewing Company. Celso joined Molson Coors in September of 2010 as Chief Supply Chain Officer of the International Business Unit. Since joining Molson Coors, Celso established the Supply Chain strategy that led to the current organization in support of MCI growth ambitions. During his tenure with MCI, he played a role in the expansion into key markets of China, India, and the Ukraine.
Prior to joining Molson Coors, Celso was Pepsi Cola’s VP and General Manager of Concentrate Operations responsible for the Americas and parts of Asia. He currently serves on the Boards of MillerCoors Brewing Company, and the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
Celso has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, and an MBA with concentration in Operations Management from DePaul University.
