Mr. Hobbs was appointed a director of Coors and Coors Brewing Company in 2001 and was a member of the audit committee and the compensation and human resources and pension plan committee. His investment experience includes serving as chief executive officer of the investment bank Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, and chairman of the investment banking division of UBS. Prior to this, Hobbs spent more than 30 years with investment bank, Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., ultimately becoming the chief executive officer until 1997 when the bank was merged into the firm that subsequently became UBS. He also serves on the board of directors of Lord Abbett Group of Mutual Funds, the board of overseers of Harvard College, and is president of the board of trustees at Milton Academy. Mr. Hobbs is a graduate of both Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
