Employee self-evaluations are calibrated by managers across functions to give a consistent, global approach for getting the right people with the right skills in the right roles, at the right time.

Molson Coors offers twelve Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and five Employee Circles. All of our groups are employee-led and open to all. Our BRGs fuel our business strategy by enhancing our culture, supporting our talent and professional development strategies and providing unique perspectives to drive consumer-based insights while supporting the communities where we live and work.
