Uniting Our Communities

In Chicago, which serves as our global corporate headquarters, we have made investments that benefit all 77 neighborhoods. To build a stronger Chicago, we have invested in programs that ensure economic opportunity for all through education and mentorship. These investments include supporting the city’s network of community colleges with One Million Degrees, workforce development efforts with the Cara Collective, and empowering diverse entrepreneurs at 1871. We have also invested in one of the city’s greatest resources, water, by partnering on conservation and sustainability efforts with Friends of the Chicago River and the Shedd Aquarium.

Our company has strong roots that are firmly planted in Milwaukee’s Near West Side neighborhood, where we’ve been brewing quality beers since 1855. We’re proud to call Milwaukee home and we remain committed to our hometown community. Annually we partner with more than 50 nonprofit organizations to provide philanthropic donations and employee volunteer support. We’re also proud to be involved and partner with Milwaukee’s sports teams, fairs and festivals, which allows us to celebrate with the great people and the many diverse cultures, communities and lifestyles that comprise our city.

Colorado is a cornerstone to the history and heritage of Coors Brewing Company. We are proud to partner with more than 50 nonprofit partners annually to provide philanthropic and employee support. The thing we love most about Colorado is the community, from the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival and the Mile High United Way to Nature Conservancy, we’ll always find a way to take care of our Rocky Mountain community.

Our breweries across the country in Albany, Ga., Chippewa Falls, Wis., Trenton, Ohio, Elkton, Va., and Fort Worth, Texas, along with our Tenth & Blake craft partners across the country, are the backbone of our operations. Each brewery serves as a major employer in their city and invests in local partnerships to build stronger communities.

Montreal, Toronto and Chiliwack are all historic and growing areas for Molson Coors in Canada. Founder John Molson built the first public hospital in Montreal and since, Molson Coors in Canada remains committed to honoring Canadian healthcare workers, especially during the pandemic.

In honor of International Nurses Day in 2020, Molson Coors Beverage Company in Canada donated $500,000 to purchase 20,000 meals for frontline healthcare workers to thank them for their tireless work in fighting COVID-19 and creating a better tomorrow.

In coordination with hospitals, we offered frontline health care workers gift card codes for SkipTheDishes, a national, third-party meal delivery app., Our partnerships included Mount Sinai Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital in Ontario; Montreal General Hospital in Quebec; Chiliwack General Hospital in British Columbia; Health Sciences Centre in Newfoundland and Labrador; and Horizon’s The Moncton Hospital in New Brunswick.

In Hungary, the team at Pivovarnitza Kamenitza assisted the community in its hometown of Kamenitza – Plovdiv through a social campaign, “Warm Kitchen,” which prepared and delivered warm, fresh meals to families in need. Pivovarnitza Kamenitza also unified businesses, NGOs and other institutions in Plovdiv, including Plovdiv Municipality, the Bulgarian Red Cross in Plovdiv and others, which partnered with us and contributed. Within a few months, together we managed to reach over 200 households and many experiencing homelessness around the city. The campaign proved that when we are united, we can get through anything.
