Here at Saint Archer, we are excited to brew with one of our favorite hop varieties, Mosaic. This double India Pale Ale showcases the wonderful characteristics of this hop, offering complex aromatic notes of citrus, berry, tropical fruit and pine. We have also layered in Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook.

Crisp, fruity esters play alongside the salinity from Himalayan pink salt and spice from ground coriander. The use of Lactobacillus shinse through, providing an easy-to-drink, refreshing tart ale with cherry puree.

Saint Archer Brewing Co.'s Journey Series is a product of our partnership with globally recognized lens-man and brand ambassador, Jeff Johnson. Together, we've created a Session IPA to serve as the first volume of this ongoing beer release series. This straight-forward, dry-hopped California-style session India Pale Ale is eminently sessionable, featuring bright, citrus, piney notes from Cascade, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe hops.

Our newest year-round offering, Punchbowl Sparkler is a fruited sparkling ale brewed with real passionfruit, blood orange and mango. This beer was crafted to provide a light body and effervescent carbonation, giving it a clean, crisp refreshing finish. Brewed to be infinitely sessionable.

Over-the-top aromatics provided by the combination of two of our favorite hand-selected hop varietals, Mosaic and Idaho 7, include exotic tropical fruit, white peach, citrus zest and golden tangerine. These delicate hop flavors are supported by a sizable amount of flaked wheat to give this beer the structure and stability it deserves.

Our West Coast-style Tropical IPA takes you on a journey to a slower pace of life. We use Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops with a blend of real mango and passionfruit for a balanced bitterness and a drinkability that calls for the ocean breeze. This Northeast-inspired IPA is a low-bitterness hop bomb. Packed with citrus, pine and tropical fruit aromas, we use flaked oats and unmalted white wheat to provide that silky smooth mouthfeel associated with IPAs from the East, allowing Citra, Simcoe and Centennial aromas to dominate this beer throughout.

Everything you'd expect from a great American India Pale Ale: hop-forward, yet civilized. Bitter but balanced. Amarillo and Mosaic hops ring loud and clear with citrus/tropical notes that are backed up by a chorus of our other favorites - Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and Citra.
